These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and hi7 governing your use of the hi7 Casino platform, sportsbook, and all associated services. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to hi7 and its services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously had a hi7 account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.

- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on hi7 or on any other gambling platform to which hi7 has access.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
hi7 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of any unplayed deposits.
Any player who knowingly provides false information during age verification, or who allows an underage individual to access their hi7 account, commits a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, hi7 reserves the right to void all wagers, cancel all pending withdrawals, close the account immediately, and retain any funds held in the account as a penalty for the breach.
hi7 takes its responsibility to protect minors extremely seriously. If you suspect that an underage person is accessing hi7 using your account or any other account, you must report this immediately to [email protected]. hi7 will investigate all such reports on a priority basis.

Account Registration
To access real-money services on hi7, each player must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. Registration requires the player to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact phone number, and a valid email address.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. hi7 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account behaviour. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated through bonus funds voided.
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their hi7 account credentials, including their username and password. hi7 recommends using a strong, unique password and advises against sharing account access with any third party. hi7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
If you believe that your hi7 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected]. hi7 will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate protective action including temporary account suspension pending investigation.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
hi7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. As part of this programme, players may be required to provide documentary evidence of identity (proof of identity), residential address (proof of address), and payment method ownership (proof of payment) at any point during their account lifecycle — not only at initial registration. KYC requests must be fulfilled within 14 days of the request being made. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed will be suspended, and withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All personal data collected during registration and KYC is handled in accordance with hi7's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at hi7.im/privacy-policy.
Registration Requirements

Deposits & Withdrawals
hi7 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hi7 does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card transaction fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.
Deposits
The minimum single deposit on hi7 is ৳200 for all mobile wallet methods. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, the minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit at the platform level; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits, which players are responsible for checking directly with their provider.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's hi7 balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits are typically credited within 1 to 3 minutes. In the event of a delayed or failed deposit, players should contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number provided by their payment method.
Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in their own name. hi7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the corresponding balance removed from the player's hi7 account. Repeated third-party deposits may result in account closure.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. hi7 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) on any given day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST are processed the following business day.
All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw until verification is satisfactorily completed. hi7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
hi7 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, hi7 will notify the player and provide an explanation of the delay where legally permissible.

Bonus & Promotions Policy
hi7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer only.
General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
- The default wagering requirement on hi7 deposit bonuses is stated explicitly in each promotion's terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before initiating a withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds.
- Bonus Funds and Real-Money Funds are maintained separately within the player's account balance display. Real-Money Funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

- Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or deliberate exploitation of low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for closure.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. hi7 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
Free Spins
Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are denominated at a fixed bet value per spin as stated in the individual promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus awards. Free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion; unused free spins expire without value at the end of the validity period.

System Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hi7 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous displayed odd, malfunction-derived outcome, or software error will not be paid and will be voided. hi7 will notify affected players of any such voidance and the reason for it.
RNG Certification
All hi7 slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. The same certification standard is used by regulated casinos globally. hi7 does not modify or override game outcomes under any circumstances.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, termination of the player's agreement with hi7, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and where appropriate, referral of the matter to relevant authorities.
- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one hi7 account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other compliance process.
- Third-party payment: Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name, or withdrawing to accounts belonging to a third party.
- Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended operation of a promotion.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating crash game cash-out timing.
- Hacking and manipulation: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the hi7 platform's software, servers, databases, or game logic in any way.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted play software, or any automated tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the hi7 platform in place of genuine human decision-making.
- Money laundering: Using the hi7 platform for any purpose related to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of funds derived from illegal activity. hi7 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Underage access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to hi7 by any person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with a minor.
- Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language at hi7 staff members via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
hi7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against a hi7 deposit transaction.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freezing.
- The player's voluntary request to close their own account.
- Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their hi7 account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, hi7 will process any outstanding withdrawals of real-money balance (subject to KYC and these Terms) before closing the account. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited without compensation.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use hi7's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. hi7 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi7 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the player's use of the hi7 platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on hi7, including losses from casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets.
- Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, connectivity failures, or software errors, whether within or outside hi7's reasonable control.
- Loss of data, loss of account access, or compromise of personal information resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security.
- Losses arising from the player's reliance on any game statistics, odds displays, balance figures, or promotional information that is subsequently found to contain an error.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) or banking system outages.
- Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, acts of government, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.
Where hi7 is found to be liable to a player under applicable law, hi7's maximum aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total net real-money deposits made by that player to their hi7 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hi7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The hi7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hi7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information displayed on the platform.
Section 10
Amendments to Terms
hi7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication at hi7.im/terms-conditions unless a specific future effective date is stated in the amended document.
It is the player's sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the hi7 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the player's unconditional acceptance of the updated agreement.
Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations — for example, changes to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or account closure procedures — hi7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to the address on record. Failure of an email notification to reach the player due to an outdated email address does not invalidate the amendment or relieve the player of their obligations under the revised Terms.
Players who do not accept an amendment to these Terms must cease using the hi7 platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC requirements and these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions, together with hi7's Privacy Policy (available at hi7.im/privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (available at hi7.im/responsible-gaming), constitute the entire agreement between the player and hi7 and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
